I wanted to send a get well, cheerful arrangement to a friend in Estero who breeds poodles. I like to send flowers from a florist near the recipient. I am at the other end of the state. Of course I googled & found Petals & Presents & was so impressed with the fabulous reviews & pictures. I called them & asked if they could make something for me that looked something like a poodle. I could not be happier with everything from beginning to end!!!!! They were friendly, efficient, cheerful, responsive & you didn't have to explain anything to them more than once. And fast, they are so fast! From the time I called them until the time my friend sent me pictures of the arrangement they delivered was only 2 & 1/2 hours! I am thrilled, my friend is thrilled! It was truly a pleasure doing business with Petals & Presents. A perfect arrangement!

Great and super friendly! I called to see if they had a premade Bouquet in stock and instead she offered to built me a custom bouquet for the same price, ready for pickup in 30 minutes!!! Highly recommend!

My sons ordered flowers for Mother's Day from Petals and Presents . The flower arrangement was gorgeous it lasted for over 10 days and was the most beautiful arrangement .
